That's How it Really Happened is a story game.

Number of players

This game is traditionally played with four or five people.

Suggestions Taken

The suggestion taken is typically an item that the audience wants to know how it came about.

How it is Played

The performers stand in a line, and can only speak one word at a time. The story starts with "in the year", then ends with "and that's how it really happened."

Tips for Performance

  • This can run long, so be conscious of time
  • Listen to fellow performers for word tense, and subject
  • Continue to face forward, don't look down the line
